We have observed, during our close interaction with marginalized communities living in rural areas, that most public delivery services fail to reach their intended beneficiaries The Government is the main provider of educational services to the poor and these are not satisfactory.

We believe that the most effective way to reduce poverty is to make people capable of earning more. We, therefore, undertake a variety of programmes for providing quality education to the children in rural areas and Delhi’s outskirts.  Students’ attendance in these schools are monitored and their parents are made aware about the importance of education and reduce the alarming drop-out rates. Through our other  activities we also provide vocational training to the parents for earning extra money so that they are not dependent on their children’s income.
